This easy and fast read book cuts through the platitudes and jargon and hits home. Jeff provides quick "to do" items at the end of each chapter. His book is to the point without beating the point to death.

I especially liked how to turn a firm no into a yes (43% of all yes answers started out as NO) and how to address and respect push back. Because it's a quick read, it's easy to keep on the shelf or in your brief case as a reminder of what you should be doing.
